為什麼生髮水/生髮慕斯（minoxidil）可以幫助雄性基因禿的患者長頭髮？

Minoxidil sulfate stimulates the adenosine receptors in the dermal papilla, with a subsequent up-regulation of the VEGF and FGF-7 leading to the proliferation of shaft keratinosis     (modified by Rinaldi F et al., Forum of ISHRS, vol 17, 4, 2007).
